With over 28 branches countrywide, We are open to providing healthcare solutions and assist retail pharmacies and hospitals provide remedy to their ailing patients. How have we complied with excellent Building and Grounds amenities requirements ?
Philmed Limited has a spacious warehouse with adequate lighting that has been built to adapt to sole purpose of drugs storage. The company grounds are established and mantained so as to minimize ingress of dust into the building, more so in the drugs storage warehouse. The building has sufficient space for warehousing, orderly processing of orders, dispatch of pharmaceuticals and, in particular, a quarantine area for isolation when necessary, including isolation of faulty packs and recalled goods.
How well trained is our personnel in handling pharmaceutical drugs and the Operations that entails?
All Philmed Limited operations personnel are highly trained to perform assigned duties and functions at an acceptable level. They are all operating under the guidance and supervision of the company's pharmacist.
What is Philmed's policy on returned goods from our customers?
- They are in their original unopened containers, in good conditions and bear a valid expiry date.
- It is not evident that they have been subject to adverse conditions.
- They are packed separately from the other goods and accompanied by a separate returns note.
- The goods have been examined and assessed by a person authorized to do so. Such assessments should consider the nature of the goods, and any other special storage conditions they may require.
